Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, unless the consultation is not completed.
Service Fees
Refund requests for service fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed.
Government filing fees paid to USCIS, EOIR, DOS, or any other government agency are non-refundable.
Charge backs
Clients agree to contact us directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
